You must not upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through this website.

WEBSITE INFORMATION
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for individual medical assessment, diagnosis, or advice from a registered healthcare practitioner.
We aim to keep website content accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information on this website will always be complete, current, or error free.
We may update, change, withdraw, or limit any part of this website, including content, pricing, availability, and service descriptions, at any time, subject to applicable law.
CLINICAL ASSESSMENT AND PRACTITIONER DISCRETION
Any clinical service provided by Amino Clinics is subject to assessment by a registered healthcare practitioner.
All clinical decisions are made independently by the treating practitioner based on your individual circumstances, medical history, clinical findings, and professional judgement.
Not all patients are suitable for treatment, and outcomes may vary between individuals.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise, endorsement, or guarantee that you will receive any particular treatment, prescription, product, service, or clinical outcome.
This website does not advertise or promote prescription-only medicines. Any treatment discussed or provided is subject to consultation, clinical assessment, practitioner discretion, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. TGA guidance makes clear that health service advertising can fall within therapeutic goods advertising rules if it also advertises therapeutic goods, especially prescription medicines.
Where relevant, medicines may be dispensed or compounded by a licensed pharmacy in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulatory requirements.
CONTINUITY OF CARE
We encourage patients to maintain appropriate ongoing care with their regular healthcare provider where relevant.
Our services do not replace the need for ongoing medical care, follow-up, or review by your usual treating practitioner where this is clinically appropriate.
PRACTITIONER IDENTIFICATION
Clinical services are provided by registered healthcare practitioners acting within their scope of practice and professional obligations.
Where required by law or professional standards, practitioner details will be made available through the relevant consultation, booking, or service process.
PRIVACY AND HEALTH INFORMATION
We collect and handle personal information, including sensitive health information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and our Privacy Policy.
This may include information such as identification details, contact information, health information, appointment information, billing details, and other information reasonably required to provide goods or services.
We collect this information to manage enquiries, bookings, clinical services, payments, fulfilment, customer support, and related administrative functions.
Your information may be used or disclosed where reasonably necessary for these purposes, including to healthcare practitioners, pharmacies, payment processors, delivery providers, and other relevant service providers, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Australian privacy law places strict rules on collecting, using, and disclosing health information, and the APPs set the core standards that covered organisations must follow.
BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, shipping, and account information for all transactions and enquiries made through our website.
You must promptly update your details if they change so we can contact you where necessary and process your order, booking, or request correctly.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order or booking where reasonably necessary, including where there are concerns relating to payment, identity verification, duplicate requests, stock or service availability, compliance requirements, or operational capacity.
If an order or booking is changed or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
Our services are not intended for emergency medical situations.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 or attend your nearest hospital immediately.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
This website may include links to third-party websites, providers, or services for convenience only.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service.
You should review the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.
USER SUBMISSIONS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, comments, suggestions, reviews, or other materials to us, you agree that your submission must not infringe any third-party rights, including privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary rights.
Your submission must not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, offensive, obscene, or malicious material, or any harmful code.
We are not obliged to keep submissions confidential, pay compensation for them, or respond to them.
We may review, remove, decline, or not publish any submission at our discretion.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Where consumer guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
AHPRA’s advertising rules also say advertising should not encourage unnecessary use of regulated health services or create unreasonable expectations of benefit, so keeping treatment outcomes and service promises restrained in these Terms is the safer approach.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide goods or services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
